We’re now aligned with our parent company, Wireless Telecom Group, which achieved ISO 9001:2015 last year.”
ISO 9001:2015 sets out the criteria for a quality management system (QMS). The standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the commitment of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. CommAgility regularly reviews its QMS and its quality policy to ensure they remain up-to-date.
This latest certification builds on CommAgility’s receipt of ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2017. Compared to ISO 9001:2008, the new version of the standard puts greater emphasis on leadership engagement, and helps address risks in a more structured manner.
CommAgility ensures that its quality policy is understood at all levels within the company through training, regular communication, and reinforcement during employee performance reviews.
