CommAgility is a designer and manufacturer of high performance DSP and FPGA embedded signal processing cards for OEM customers. We are working closely with a rapidly increasing customer base around the world, and partnering with world leading companies including Texas Instruments, Xilinx and Tundra. Prior to starting CommAgility in 2006, the founders had over 50 years’ experience in the industry working for Motorola, Blue Wave Systems and Loughborough Sound Images.
Our products are based on a combination of the latest industry standards and technologies, including:
- AdvancedMC (AMC) for use in MicroTCA and AdvancedTCA
- Multiple Texas Instruments DSPs and/or Xilinx FPGAs
- Multiple 10 Gbps on and off-card serial RapidIO (SRIO) links
- Multiple Gigabit Ethernet interconnects
- CPRI and OBSAI antenna interface standards
- High speed programmable serial user I/O
In contrast to larger companies in this space, we are set up to be agile and react to our customers' specific needs, offering a base technology platform which we can quickly customise for the particular requirements of their project. We primarily work with OEM customers who we support closely in order to ensure success of their product. For larger volumes we will also consider licensing of designs.
